I received this item and spent a couple of hours putting it together only to discover an E2 error on the level tension adjustment. I sent an email and tried to call to figure out if their is anyway to clear this error. No response from this company. I scoured the internet for anything that resemble a troubleshooting guide, nothing. I don't really want to send it back, so someone let me know if this can be fixed or will just a replacement desk top fix the problem?

I ordered this item 7 days ago, a label was created through FedEx and my credit card was charged. There has been no FedEx update and the tell me the item is still with the shipper. I sent an email and only received an automated response that did not address my questions. I tried to call and got a recording that they were not taking calls at this time. If someone sees this review and would contact me, it would be great. Would love to find out were my order is or let's get a refund going. Thanks
